The Underwear Chat

 “I like mine nice and tight,” said one of the young men next to me. “I want to feel like I’m being held properly in place, it’s almost comforting,” his voice growing louder and louder as he showed his friend a picture of the type of underwear he wears.

“Nah, not for me,” said the other young man. “I want to let everything hang loose and free,” he continued. Seemingly unaware that they were drawing quite a few stares from various nearby tables.

Their voices grew louder and louder as they compared websites for buying underwear whilst discussing the pros and cons of various underwear styles and fits. Eventually their underwear debate tapered off and they moved onto another topic. One which sadly didn’t elicit as much passion so I was no longer able to overhear them.
